I redesigned the homepage to better suit mobile devices -- the old version
wasn't exactly phone-friendly. Expect new graphics, better background colors,
and more improvements over the next few "days." Or months. Or decades.
At some point, the redesign will propagate to other pages on the site. This
page is a working template for how the others ought to look and function, which
should make transporting content from A to B a bit easier than last time. It
should also make finishing said "other pages" a tad bit faster,
since I don't need to remember what I changed from version to version.
Someday, there will be actual CSS to go with the HTML. (I can dream a little,
right?)
1.5Mbps connection or greater highly recommended. The gallery pages are graphics-heavy,
and I'm too lazy to make thumbnails. (Remember: "Too lazy to make thumbnails"
= "Uploads high-res PNG files and shrinks them with HTML properties...
what you do with that information is entirely up to you, fellow archivers!)
Besides, it's 2025, not 2005... with the modern Internet, the site should load
about as fast as it pings the server. :-) Webpages ought to work work all the
way down to 640x480, though I'd suggest using a higher-resolution device so
the art has actual detail.

So, I've been thinking...What would happen if a fox broke some locks with a box of rocks while working on the Red Sox' clocks? Bug me about this -- and other things -- on Twitter. |

1/9/2025: New homepage?! New graphics?!
Yep, the old one was just too clunky. The new homepage ought to work fine
on all devices, not just desktops. I've also managed to fix some of the font
size issues -- text should be more uniform now. Expect the other pages to
follow suit within "a few weeks" (translation: March-ish.)
